Dental Hygienists work hard to complete their pre-reqs, endure what can be a punishing dental hygiene program, then graduate. Now they are perfect, they will not struggle again because they have a perfect knowledge of dentistry… That’s sometimes the expectation but the reality is that graduates are “minimally competent” and need additional help after graduation.
