Michelle Strange: A Tale of Two Hygienists presents this week’s TIPisode: quick and easy tips to keep you up to date and presented by the experts in the profession. Now, get ready for your unofficial TIPisode, this week brought to you by Zirc.
Brittany Gray: Hello. I am Brittany, a clinical product and efficiency consultant with Zirc Dental Products. Before joining the Zirc family, I was a registered and certified dental assistant in North Dakota and New Jersey for 23 years. I still continue to attend CE courses to keep up to date on the newest dental trends and stay current with my DANB.
Before joining the Zirc team, I knew little about the company. Boy, I wish I knew then what I know now. Zirc is dedicated to improving the daily lives of dental clinicians across the globe. We really understand the important role dental practices play in the overall health and wellness of their patients. Because of this, our mission of making teams happier, safer, and more efficient is clear.
We manufacture innovative and simple-to-use products that provide peace of mind and make your day less stressful. With over 60 years of combined experience, our 3 clinical staff members are always here to guide you through the organizational process because we have walked in your shoes. So, today, I’m here to talk to you about getting organized to help save time and money.
When was the last time you found yourself getting up mid procedure to retrieve a missing product you need right at that moment? I bet you can remember the look you received over the mask and through the loupes of the doctor. Oops. You know what? I know because I’ve found myself on that receiving end of that look many times.
Do you ever find yourself throwing away bags of expired materials you find shoved to the back of the drawer or in the storage room because you couldn’t pass up a buy/get deal? I’m here to tell you it turns out it doesn’t have to be that way. Procedure tubs are the game changer.
Here’s how it works. You have one procedure tub for each of the procedures you perform at your practice. Now note, sometimes with the procedures performed more often, an additional tub might be needed. This tub is going to sit with you chairside and contain everything you need to perform that procedure. Everything. No more getting up because the etch is empty or you have the wrong composite shade. It’s just a matter of lifting the cover of your stocked tub and retrieving the material. Simple, huh?
So, with just having to stock tubs once a week, the days of checking back and forth from the storage room and back are gone. Tubs are stored near the products they are stocked with. That makes for easy restocking. You will also have a better gage on inventory and not finding those expired materials. Cha-ching! Saving money.
So let’s talk. No, really. Let’s hop on a call and have a organizational [sic] conversation. We will discuss the overall goals and plans for efficiency in the practice, and I will help any way I can achieve those goals.
We can also discuss a complimentary service, Z.O.B.E. This is a service we offer to those wanting to really get their hands on the products. We ship you a box of over 30 of our organizational products, free of charge. As your personal efficiency consultant, I will take you through step-by-step the organizational process. If you are wanting a more all-inclusive service, ask me, your personal consultant, about our RESET program.
Bottom line: We don’t know what we don’t know, and that’s where Zirc comes in. We are the experts so you don’t have to be. We are always happy to help you and your team become one well-oiled machine. We are only a phone call or email away.
Give me a call or send me an email at brittany@zirc.com. That’s B-R-I-T-T-A-N-Y@zirc.com. Thanks so much for listening.
